The Textile Cleaning Process
1. Inventory
When you call SERVPRO, our team arrives on-site and takes inventory of the damaged items. We work with you to decide which items can and should be restored, and estimate the timeline and the cost.
2. Clean
We take possession of the items and clean them using the Esporta Wash System. This system removes 99.9% of odors, bacteria, viruses, and mold spores, including dangerous ones like MRSA. Without harming materials, it uses special cleaners to remove dirt, sweat, smoke, and more.
3. Return
Once items are cleaned and restored, we will return them to you. If you are not ready to take possession of them, they will be stored and you may retrieve them when you are ready.
